After the success of the Dark Sea story, CRAFTER BLUE continued to develop the next-generation dive watch. CRAFTER BLUE engineering team spent years fine-tuning the Dark Sea. Eventually the watch was succeeded by the new model -Hyperion Ocean that enables to dive at ever greater depths. Accuracy is the first priority for any oceanic activities. The new Hyperion Ocean is powered with a highly reputed Sellita SW200 movement. To avoid any failure caused by strong magnetic disturbances, the movement is protected by an all-around soft iron shield. The Hyperion Ocean worn by the divers can be descended to 600 meters / 2000 feet.
Modern Architecture of the diver’s watch
Nowadays, the Hyperion Ocean has accompanied with many diving professionals on their ocean exploration. Recently, Crafter Blue teamed up with Shelby Hands, a full-time commercial photographer and videographer based out of the Hawaiian Islands. When Shelby was young, he grew up filming his friends skateboarding and surfing on his dad Sony VHS-C camcorder. Every summer, he always visits his extended family on the island of Oahu in Hawaii. During this period, he began cultivating growing interest in free diving.
After his schooling, Shelby made an official move to the islands. Since then, he started his commercial career. Now, he is making plans to visit locations across the United States mainland and explore the clear water.
